I have a new person that is interested in an Internship with Getsmartmoodle L3C. He is an International Nonprofit and NGO professional; and student. He is going to help the L3C for-profit venture I do hope (cross fingers) .. the same principal applies in a round about manner. Non-profit / For-profit is still business and money is the key in both ventures. The L3C does allow a pass through to its members just like a LLC; as it is in reality an LLC ..
